still problems with my dendrobium

Question:

Hi, i’ve already posted a question about dendrobium problems, so i send back a message for anyone who will be kind to give some advice to make my dendrobium start over. I have another request, i’m working in Geneva and would like to know if there are some people from Geneva or arround who are reading this newsgroup and there is an orchid society in here… Thanks for answer. Hi:  Saw your request for help with your Dendrobium.  I had the same problem.  Last summer I put them outside all during the warmer weather. In fact I left them out until the temperature got down in the 40 degree F.  range.  They were in an area that got sun all morning until about 10:30.  Brought them in in the fall and they all bloomed for the first time since I bought them.  I live in Connecticut where the summers are in the 80’s with s few days in the 90’s   I waterer them well twice a week and wet them on hot days.   Good Luck    Richard Bauer
